Shipping Rates & Processing
- Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier and depend on the total weight of your order and shipping destination.
- Our products are fulfilled by various fulfillment centers worldwide (depending on your shipping address). Some items may arrive in separate packages.
- There are no guaranteed delivery dates. However, if your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact support.
Domestic (USA)
- Orders are shipped approximately 3–5 days after production is complete for Made-to-Order items and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
- Expedited/express shipping options are available at checkout.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International (Outside USA)
- Orders are shipped approximately 3–5 days after production is complete for Made-to-Order items and typically arrive within 10–14 business days.
- Expedited/express shipping options are available at checkout.
- All international customers are responsible for covering additional taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
- Before placing your order, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
- Import fees, duties, and taxes charged by your country are not included in our shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
- Please note: First Class International packages cannot be tracked from the USA once they have passed through customs and will need to be handled through your local mail.
