Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellations
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, before your order enters production.
- Once your order is in production, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Production typically takes 3–10 business days before shipping.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order, eligible products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged and not used.
- Contact support including your name, order number, and email address used for purchase.

Important Notes
- Due to sanitation reasons, swimsuit bottoms are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Once tracking information for the returned item is received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping rates are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Items eligible for exchange must meet all return policy requirements.
- Funds already paid will be applied toward the new item.
- If the new item costs more, you will be sent an invoice for the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded prior to shipping.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Juliana Yasmine will not be liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
