Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.
Tangible Products
The purchase of all tangible products is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Request for refund/exchange/cancellations before your order goes to production (within 24 hours of purchase).

Once in your order is in production we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/cancellation for your order.

Funds for refunds will be processed back into your bank account in up to 10 business days.

If you are unsatisfied with a product or its not what you expected you can return the product in its original packaging and with no damages, please follow the following steps:

Contact Support & include an image of your product within your email

Once approved for a return please send your product to:

Include Name, Order # & email address used to purchase your items

Once the returned item is received you will be issued your product refund.

Shipping rates are non refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Items eligible for exchange must meet return policy requirements.

Already paid funds will be applied to the new item you wish to exchange your order for.

Where there is a difference in the total cost of the order you will be sent an invoice to be paid or refund for the difference prior to shipping your new item.
