MIXED-MEDIA ART | FIBER & METALWORK | WOODCRAFT | INSTALLATION | VISUAL STORYTELLING
Juliana Yasmine: Multi-Media Artist & Designer
My artistic practice bridges fine art, design, and craft—blending tactile materials with conceptual storytelling. Each piece explores transformation and connection through the interplay of texture, color, and form. Working across multiple mediums, I create immersive works that invite reflection and a sense of grounding in beauty and nature.
My work includes:
- Fiber Arts: Weaving, crochet, knitting, macrame, textile dyeing, and fabric manipulation
- Metalwork & Jewelry: Metal clay sculptural forms, sheet metal and plant impressions
- Woodcraft & Construction: Furniture, fixtures, and large-scale builds
- Painting & Illustration: Acrylic, oils, interior/exterior paint, gouache, ink, and mixed-media surfaces
- Digital & Surface Design: Pattern, illustration, and digital collage
Through these mediums, I explore how material and meaning intertwine—turning everyday elements into works that evoke memory, curiosity, and connection. My process is rooted in craftsmanship and guided by intuition, honoring both the handmade and the emotional resonance that art brings to space and self.
Multi-Media Artistry
I am a maker and visual storyteller working at the intersection of art and design. I create using a wide range of materials from fiber arts, metal, sculpture, and large-scale display work, reflecting a lifelong fascination with craft and material exploration.
In Essence,
At its core, my practice is about connection—between the natural and the handmade, the internal and the external. I approach every project as both artist and storyteller, guided by curiosity and a desire to create work that feels alive, honest, and deeply human.
