The Stories We Stir is a lifestyle-driven recipe video series hosted by real estate agent Kristen, who highlights the beauty of kitchens, the people behind renovations, and the food that brings everyone together. I art directed a flagship episode to help launch the visual tone and brand identity for the series, blending food storytelling with interior design and personal connection.
This episode features a stunning kitchen remodel and a recipe for beet-pickled deviled eggs, shared alongside guest Chelsea Combs of Greenhill Contracting.

House of Kris Project
Kristen, a real estate agent and lifestyle host, had the idea for a cooking series that blended food, design, and storytelling—but lacked a clear structure, visual identity, and creative direction. Without a strong foundation, the pilot risked feeling disjointed and underdeveloped.
As art director, I helped shape the founding vision—crafting a narrative format, visual style, and branded assets that made the series feel both approachable and elevated. From shot planning and surface styling to recipe design and guest integration, I brought cohesion and polish to the pilot, creating a format Kristen can confidently grow from.

Social Media Engagement
To support the launch of the series, I developed a simple yet strategic social media rollout—designed to highlight the warmth and elegance of the concept while encouraging engagement. The plan included teaser Reels, a carousel of stills showcasing key steps, branded quote overlays, and a call-to-action for the downloadable recipe card. Each post was crafted to feel shareable, authentic, and visually cohesive with the brand’s tone.

Shot List Development
I developed a detailed shot list and visual plan to guide both photography and videography across the series. Each scene was thoughtfully mapped using industry-standard framing and camera movements—ranging from wide shots and overheads to intimate close-ups—to capture both the narrative and aesthetic moments.
